Return Policy
At Deep Sea Life Sciences, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you receive a faulty product, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following terms:
1. Faulty Products
If the product you received is faulty, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving it.
You will need to return the faulty product to us for inspection.
Our inspection team will carefully evaluate the product to confirm if it is indeed faulty.
If the product is found to be faulty, we will repair or replace it and deliver the product back to you free of charge, in proper working condition.
2. If No Issue Is Found
If no fault is detected after inspection, the product will be returned to you at your expense for both return shipping and delivery.
3. Unused Products
If the product is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it within 7 days.
For purchases made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued in the form of a voucher to be used for future purchases.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the product is deemed faulty.
